12th WOD… Crossfit Games Week

Today, officially finishing my first Crossfit month, I’m totally excited to start the week with a special WOD* based on the official Crossfit Games challenges… of course not that version of it, but still!!!

So what’s it all about…

modified triple-g chipper
for time:
-100 pull ups
-80 sit ups
-60 alternating pistols
-2 rounds run
-20 db/kb push press

Sounds pretty bad… but I’m excited as never before. I’m highly motivated and wanna finish that damn WOD today. So wish me luck…
